TubeTrace® – MIQ – Thermon

Description

This is an electrically heated and insulated tubing bundle that utilizes MIQ (Mineral Insulated Quartz) series resistance heating cable. It is considered the industry standard for ultra-high temperature applications and for situations requiring high watt density. Unlike the cut-to-length cables, MIQ heaters are pre-fabricated to specific lengths at the factory. This construction, featuring a seamless Alloy 825 metallic sheath and magnesium oxide insulation, provides exceptional durability and the highest temperature ratings, allowing for both very high temperature maintenance and resistance to extreme exposure.
