TubeTrace® – HTSX – Thermon

Description

This is an electrically heated and insulated tubing bundle that uses HTSX self-regulating heat tracing, making it suitable for both freeze protection and medium-to-high process temperature maintenance up to 150°C (302°F). A key feature of HTSX is its ability to withstand high temperature exposure, making it ideal for lines subject to intermittent steam purging where temperatures can temporarily reach up to 250°C (482°F) (intermittent power-on or off) or 205°C (400°F) (continuous power-off). The self-regulating nature of the heater means its heat output automatically adjusts along its entire length in response to ambient or process temperature changes, which prevents overheating of the product.
