TubeTrace® – HPT – Thermon

Description

This is an electrically heated and insulated tubing bundle that uses HPT power-limiting heat tracing and is considered the industry standard for high-temperature emissions and process analyzer applications due to its durability. It is designed to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance up to 204°C (400°F) while having the capability to withstand high exposure temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) when the power is off. The HPT heating cable features a composite construction that provides durability, and its power-limiting nature means it automatically reduces power output as the temperature increases, lowering the risk of overheating.
