Description

ThermoTube® Type SL-HTX2 is a pre-insulated, non-heated single tube bundle designed for use in applications with high process exposure temperatures, having a maximum intermittent tube exposure temperature of 593°C (1100°F) for up to 2 minutes per cycle. This product is used for transporting high-temperature steam or liquids, as well as for sample lines and impulse lines to pressure instruments, typically where continuous heat tracing is not necessary. Its design focuses on energy conservation by limiting heat losses and ensuring personnel protection by keeping the outer jacket temperature low.
