ThermoTube® Type SL – Thermon

Description

Standard ThermoTube® Type SL pre-insulated tubing has a maximum process exposure temperature of 260°C (500°F) (depending on tube type), and is a single insulated tube ideally suited to transport hot or cold liquids or gases. It was specifically developed for steam supply and condensate return lines, and is also used as an un-heated sample line. ThermoTube is pre-insulated with non-hygroscopic glass fiber, complete with a heat reflective foil wrap and a weather-resistant outer jacket (ATP or TPU available). It is supplied in long length coils and can be quickly and easily installed, providing a lower installed cost compared to field-installed and insulated tubing.
